The K Spot - Weight Watch

So it is no secret that I am overweight. I have had this problem for longer than I can remember. All my friends and family could see I had a problem, but it took me a little longer to realise it. When I could not get down the end of my road with out back pain, I realised it was about time I did something about it. Believe it or not I love being active. I use to do a lot of walking, cycling, swimming and power Kiting. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed just being out side doing something active, and to my surprise I wanted that fitness back. So I made the decision to change my life for ever and become that active person again. When I began this I was dead on 27 stone. At time of writing I have lost 4 stone in just over 3 months, but I need to lose a lot more. So I have joined weight watchers. Each Monday I get weighed and I will be posting the results good or bad on this page.
